ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

AUGUST 25, 2005

6:45 P.M.  Called meeting to order.  Present:   Ellen Abelson, Richard

                  Gorden and Mark Mazur

1.  The Board reviewed the system wide changes that were made to commercial

     properties for fiscal year 2006.

2.  The Board reviewed a state form (LA-4) which lists our FY2006 assessments by

     class and compared it with the FY2005 form.  The Board then signed the FY2006

     form LA4.

3.  The Board reviewed and then signed the Interim Year Adjustment Report for FY2006.

4.  The Board signed a letter to the County Commissioners Office requesting that the

     appeal of a fiscal year 2005 clause 18 exemption be transferred to the Appellate

     Tax Board.

5.  The Board decided that they will hold their next meeting on Thursday September 8,

     2005 at 6:45 P.M.
